Coming from San Juan, take PR-26 East out of the airport, then merge onto PR-52 South toward Caguas. Right after the Caguas toll, take the first exit to the right onto PR-1, stay on it briefly, then get back on the highway onto PR-30 East, which you follow all the way into Humacao. Once in Humacao, signs will direct you to Palmas del Mar; turn onto PR-906 and head to the main gate. The drive is about 37 miles and takes roughly an hour.
Once you pass the guard gate, continue on Palmas Drive, then turn left onto Palmas Inn Way, which takes you straight to Palmanova Plaza.
