From SJU, get onto PR-26 West (the Expreso Román Baldorioty de Castro) heading toward San Juan. Stay on PR-26 for a few miles, then take the exit to merge onto PR-22 West (the Autopista José de Diego) toward Bayamón/Arecibo.
