This charming house offers an ocean breeze everyday with two hammocks and private decks for your complete relaxation! Feels like being in the beauty of a resort with the privacy of your own home. This is safe gated community, with video surveillance. The space The first floor has two large common spaces as well as a full bathroom, dining area, full kitchen and small laundry area with washer / dryer. There is also an outside private patio in the back with a table, chairs and a hammock for eating and relaxing. The second floor has the three bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. The master has a queen bed and another on suite full bathroom, while bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three has a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and single on top. There is also an upper level balcony patio with plenty of space to sunbathe in privacy, you access this terrace from the master bedroom. You can bring up the hammock and enjoy it in the second floor covered terrace which has access to bedroom two and three. Enjoy the whole house! I offer discounts for stays longer than 7 days. Guest access Guests have access to the house, backyard, upper and lower patio. Storage spaces, will be locked without guest access. If you need something a manager lives close by to assist you. Other things to note - Bed linens provided. Towels will be available for your use (both bath and beach towels). Some toiletries will be available. - The TV has limited channels, it's on an antenna.
